Service (standard 10k service) was swift & thorough; when a light came on in the subsequent days, I was able to come right in and have them address it, which I appreciated. Frank in customer service is TOP NOTCH! I kept making adjustments with what I wanted and he just went with the flow. I started with just lug locks for my new Jetta, I added mud flaps at the last minute adjustments with what I wanted and he just went with the flow. I started with just lug locks for my new Jetta, I added mud flaps at the last minute then added wind deflectors and muddy buddy mats at a different time. The latter three needed to be ordered. I was able to have one service done and drive away without paying a penny until my other services were available and completed. He communicated clearly every step of the way. I’ve been a VW customer for over a decade (this is my 4th VW in a row. I don’t ever plan to drive another brand). I paid labor for things I probably could have done myself but that was a choice I made knowingly. I’ve never been more satisfied with a dealership. It’s a little out of my way as there is at least one closer to me, however, I find it well worth the drive. Colonial will be my VW dealership from now on. More

This was truly an exceptional and seamless transaction. Brought the car to Colonial... Frank dealt with my warranty.... he offered me a very nice loaner car.... texted the next morning to pick up.... They provided excellent service. It was supposed to be a 2.5 hour service, but they knew that I had commitments in the afternoon, so they rushed the service along to make sure I was out in time.
