Took my car in for a recall and oil change. Great service dept, I was there less than an hour and all my questions were answered, and everything was explained. Even with an appt it does not matter you have to wait on whoever comes in ahead of you. I was told my service should take about an hour. Two hours later I have to go ask about my car which I see just sittin whoever comes in ahead of you. I was told my service should take about an hour. Two hours later I have to go ask about my car which I see just sitting out in the bay. Service had benn vompleted but it was just sitting there behind z2 other cars. Also I was told if I wanted a carwash it would most likely add 30 minutes to my time. Ridiculous !!! More

Jamie is the reason I continue to buy Acura cars at Columbia. He understands the issue with the car and will make every effort to fix it or tell you it is time for a new car, which is what he did with Columbia. This was a diagnostic appointment. My husband was told over the phone the charge would be $85 to diagnose. When he got there, service dept told him it's $195.
