Brought my car in for the 100K check and a few other issues that needed to be checked. It turned into a rather large repair (not the fault of the service shop at all). I called the service department last week regarding 4 recall notices on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. They said to bring it in yesterday and were aware or what the recalls entailed. They called after several hours and said they couldn't do any of the repairs because they didn't have the parts. Why didn't they check that before wasting a big chunk of my time? Interestingly, they found $3,000 worth of other items they recommended I do. My experience with Columbia and the Josephs spans 30 years and it has always been excellent. Not this time. More
