I have purchased several cars from Columbia Acura over the years and my experience with their Service Dept has been stellar. The service manager (Jamey) has always been honest and fair. I have watched him with other customers as I have waited - and he is absolutely the best with everyone. I really appreciate the loaner program too. As a single parent who works full time - it is a godsend to have the loaner car to use while my car is being serviced. That is a HUGE perk. (Though I see what you are doing - giving me a car that is a step nicer than my own 😉🤣). Don’t worry - I will buy another car from you when the time comes! Keep up the good work - you all rock! The only suggestion I can make is - maybe in addition to washing my car - how about filling up my gas tank?! Just thought I’d try… More

Was told my 60k service would take 3-4 hours and it took 10 hours. The service was more than I was originally told. Upon check out one lady sat and ate Dorito's and Mountain Dew while the other lady was on 10 hours. The service was more than I was originally told. Although this repair took a long time given the backlog of vehicles needing to be repaired, the service team at Columbia Hyundai did a great job of keeping me informed along the way. The rental reimbursem of vehicles needing to be repaired, the service team at Columbia Hyundai did a great job of keeping me informed along the way.
