Everyone was extremely sweet. The problem was when I showed up I was told my car was not invoiced and that they were waiting on parts. I was extremely confused considering my car The problem was when I showed up I was told my car was not invoiced and that they were waiting on parts. I was extremely confused considering my car is brand new and this was my first service. The genesis department was not in, however, the service crew showed me what was showing up in the system in my account. That I called (while my car was at the dealership) stating the check engine light was on and something was wrong with the driver seat. I did not call. And nothing was wrong with my seat and the check engine light was not on. This must’ve been put in the wrong account. Once everything was settled I paid my invoice and sat and waited for my key for about 25 minutes. It took me going into the service department 3 separate times to get my key. Finally someone brought it out. This was my first service experience and it was not the greatest. However, I love my vehicle. More
