Disorganized service center. When I got there I was ignored at the service counter. I didn’t know I had to pull up to the service garage door and get a ticket. When my car was ready, I was told it was parked inside and to go to the cashier window to get my key. I stood in line for 20 minutes. An old lady working the window had no idea what she was doing, They didn’t have my key and said it would be in my car. I went to the garage and my key was in the car. The garage door was down and I had no idea how to open it. I had to get back out of my car and go to the service desk to have them open the door so that I could drive out, This place was terrible and I won’t go back. Every part of this service was disjointed. Other customers were also annoyed. More

The service I requested was not covered by the factory maintenance program. At the time I made the appointment, the service advisor made sure I understood that. (I did, but appreciated their approach to maintenance program. At the time I made the appointment, the service advisor made sure I understood that. (I did, but appreciated their approach to make sure there were not surprises.) At the end, the service was completed before the quoted time, and the price was below the quoted price. The waiting area was very nice. I felt this was a service experience of a premium automobile brand, not a mainstream brand. I was very pleased. Austin was very professional. More
