The service rep for Hyundai was very professional, listened to me, consulted me on my vehicle's problems. He also suggested additional service work. I waited at the dealership. They were gracious hosts in offering free beverages and snacks. It was a very frigid day so I did get chilled while waiting. However, I joined some of the discussions with other customers and learned a few new things. I think it would be a good idea to show videos about Hyundai vehicles, especially issues relevant to new vehicles such as best practices for starting, maintaining, stopping at red lights, etc. instead of having a regular t.v. show on. More
Simple stuff - Total service price to replace a faulty door handle was way out of sync with expectation. I wanted a courtesy drop-off and was told it was not available. While waiting I saw the courtesy driver transporting folks to their homes and work. In addition, time interval to schedule this service appointment was unacceptable. They got a lot of simple stuff wrong. Service quality has noticeably dropped over the past 10 years that we have been service customers. We have moved on to other local repair service providers. More
