This service center is very responsive and professional. They provided accurate service times and estimates. They recently updated the customer waiting room which is very nice. I had two separate issues when picking up my vehicle; My car was parked behind another car that had been serviced but they couldn't find the keys to move the other car out of the way, which delayed my ability to leave by more than 40 minutes. The second time, after having a warranty repair done on my vehicle's radio, I was told my car was parked in the service area, but it was not there. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my car to be brought around for me to pick i up. Everyone was courteous and apologetic. I just wish they had their act together in this respect. Would also be nice if they had cleaned the vehicle like the used to do as a courtesy. More

Actually not the best. My trip there was a result of a lack of service 60 days ago. Then the dealership tried to deny the previous shotty service.
