Great dealership. Recently they stopped giving loaner cars. They said my service would take 1 hour and loaners are reserved for services 2 hours or more. On Friday my hour service was just under 2 hours and i ended missing a commitment I had because the service ran almost 2 hours. More

Scheduled my car to address some recalls, which took several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand these recalls have caused massive backlogs, but this time frame was overbooked to begin with so it was set up to take longer than I had originally planned, and as a result I was late getting back to work. This to me is unacceptable, so I will not be continuing business with this location moving forward. More

Recommended new filter not needed (just done previous visit), then overchaged for it. Unprofessional staff at the intake desk, took call from cell phone while helping us.
