Took my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe in for a recall issue my advisor recommended a transmission fluid change. I’ve been without a car. I’m taking it in for them to fix free of charge and they need to fix it ASAP. The transmission is not working right. The car is sputtering down shifting the RPMs are going haywire and the car has no pick up and go. Obviously they’ve messed up the transmission upon changing the transmission fluid. I hope it can be repaired quickly and in one day on Thursday I am not happy with the outcome of this. The car was completely completely fine and running beautifully before I took it in there for a recall. More
I brought the car in for a 15,000 mile service which included an oil change and tire rotation. I am pleased with the speed of the process, however, there were some issues. Due to the sudden drop in temperature, my tire pressures dropped and low tire pressue warning was displayed. I asked if the tires' pressure would be adjusted with the rotation and was told that it would be done. It was not done. When the vehicle was returned to me, the tire pressure warning was still being displayed. I inflated the tires when I returned home. Also, when I sat in the car, the seat and mirrors were adjusted to extremes. I did not see anyone in the service department so large that those adjustments would have been necessary. Also, my mobile phone had been cleared from the system and I had to add it back. In addition, my Apple Play would not work; I think I have it working now. Were changes to the computer system necessary for an oil change and tire rotation. More

Brought car in while under bumper to bumper warranty and got charged $190. Said the tires are cupped due to not rotating them meanwhile I’ve taken it to Hyundai for every scheduled service.
