Service person told me my brake pads were almost completely worn and the rotors needed resurfacing. Exact same speech I heard another customer get. But I thought it was likely brakes needed service completely worn and the rotors needed resurfacing. Exact same speech I heard another customer get. But I thought it was likely brakes needed service - couldn’t remember last time they were done so I said ok. Later I got a phone call saying all 4 tires were nearly bald and needed replacing. Strange that my 65000 tires need replacing at 47000 miles, especially since two were replaced after an accident. I didn’t do the replacement and when I got the car back I checked the tires. They are not that far gone. This makes me question the brake job even more - my mistake for saying yes. Even if I need new tires I can get them $300 cheaper elsewhere. I won’t be back to Columbia for service. More

Actually not the best. My trip there was a result of a lack of service 60 days ago. Then the dealership tried to deny the previous shotty service.
