Columbia Acura Service Center is wonderful. Jayme is always helpful with finding a time based on my schedule for me to bring my car in. Jamey explained everything to me AND provided me with a loaner vehicle which allowed the work to be done at this appointment. This is my second Acura (my husband has my first one)....I can go anywhere to buy a new car and to get my car serviced, but I choose to go to Columbia because of the way they serve their customers. Another point I want to share is I had to reschedule my appointment and I left a message for Jamey. He called me back in a very timely manner and was able to find a time that would meet my schedule. He always greets me by name. THANK YOU! More
