Recently had my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance. When I left the dealership my car had a strong burning smell and smoke coming from under the hood and I had to immediately turn back. Turns out the technician spilled oil all over the engine compartment and didn't even attempt to clean it off. They also had offered to wash my car and then didn't. This was my second service here. The first time I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change, picked up my car and got it home only to discover they never actually did an oil change so I had to bring it all the way back (3 hours of driving in total there and back). If the service wasn't complimentary with the vehicle I purchased I would not use this place. More

Dealership did a good job providing my maintenance service. Wait time was not too bad and nice comfortable waiting area is a plus. However, I was offered free car wash but my car was not washed. Great dealership. Recently they stopped giving loaner cars. They said my service would take 1 hour and loaners are reserved for services 2 hours or more. Great experience with service. Only challenge is scheduling on the app and then making changes results in some miscommunication. For example, I had scheduled service for Nov 2, but had to change- text message communication was set for Nov 13...however sitting in the airplane on Nov 2 got a call saying they were headed out to drop my valet car off. Then the time was delayed due to shortage of cars. Overall service was quick and painless, just need to button up the scheduling and valet process. More
