Scheduled my car to address some recalls, which took several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand these recalls have caused massive backlogs, but this time frame was overbooked to begin with so it was set up to take longer than I had originally planned, and as a result I was late getting back to work. This to me is unacceptable, so I will not be continuing business with this location moving forward. More
