He was not "salesy". He gave me space and time to think. He laid out all of the facts. He gave me pretty much all of my asks and found the exact make, model, color, with all the adds I wanted. Truly professional! If (and probably when) I buy another Hyundai, I will go back to this dealership, and I will ask for Jon. More

Prices were through the roof for a basic oil change. Didn’t even offer me a discount. Technicians were rude and didn’t care to explain any of the work that was done when I inquired about cost of parts. Didn’t even offer me a discount. Your service department is a mess, 20 years in the car business I have never seen something so bad. We currently have two vehicles that have been there multiple times for the same issue and both are stil business I have never seen something so bad. We currently have two vehicles that have been there multiple times for the same issue and both are still not fixed. Multiple messages left never a return call, we have two cars that are not sellable, one still sitting there for months the other didn't make it 5 miles and the check engine light came back on!!! More
