Your service department is a mess, 20 years in the car business I have never seen something so bad. We currently have two vehicles that have been there multiple times for the same issue and both are stil business I have never seen something so bad. Multiple messages left never a return call, we have two cars that are not sellable, one still sitting there for months the other didn't make it 5 miles and the check engine light came back on!!! More
