Due to needing 3 recalls fixed, I was told ahead of time that my visit would take time since it was more convenient for me to wait while the service was completed. Service that I came for was quick and efficient. I was recommended a host of services that are either not recommended by the manufacturer at this mileage, per the owner's manual (transmission fluid I was recommended a host of services that are either not recommended by the manufacturer at this mileage, per the owner's manual (transmission fluid flush, coolant flush), or were entirely unneeded. For example, I was recommended a front brake job due to the pads being "metal on metal". I found this hard to believe, as I hadn't even heard the wear indicators. So I jacked up the vehicle, removed the front wheels and measured the pads. Plenty of pad to go, and nowhere near "metal on metal". I get it: flushes, brake jobs, and brake services are "gravy" jobs for a tech. But sell them to me when I actually need them. Choices like these don't earn trust. More
Called and made an appointment for service a week in advance. Took about 5 minutes to schedule. Show up and they didn’t have me scheduled. But the man checking me in remembered doing it.
