We went in with the diagnostic codes. Were originally told it would be covered by the 100,000 mile warranty. Then were called and told “oh no, it’s only covered by the 60,000 mile warrant Were originally told it would be covered by the 100,000 mile warranty. Then were called and told “oh no, it’s only covered by the 60,000 mile warranty.” My car had 61,900 miles. It’s our 6 or 7 Hyundai. Then they proceeded to charge us $185 for the “diagnostic” they did - which was unnecessary- since they were provided the code. Was considering my 7 or 8th new car purchase. It will no longer be a Hyundai. I’ve been loyal so several years - yet 1,900 over and the dealership doesn’t care. They then, after us arguing, rescinded the $185 unnecessary charge! More
