The staff is nice, but I have spent more than 8 hours over three different services trying to get my NFC card to work, and it does not work. Counting my drive time (20 minutes each way, it's more than 10 over three different services trying to get my NFC card to work, and it does not work. In this time, the crew ended up leaving a tool in the car, items from my center console strewn about the front seats, and my steering wheel was damaged which now needs repair and a fourth trip to service going back to just a single ask for a card to be programmed which could only be programmed by the dealership.
