I have always received great service from Columbia Acura on my 2018 RDX. I highly recommend them! on my 2018 RDX. I highly recommend them! More

I was met with a tepid service from more than one agent. It was apparent that they did not care one way or the other. I had an appointment and was not told how long the service would take. That was okay as I was willing to leave the car, although I did wait over an hour at first. When I inquired I was not told when it would be ready do I left it. When I returned to get the car, the service runner and the cashier were very nice but the agents did not even attempt to talk to me. There was no explanation of the work which was minimal but still would have been good to have an explanation. The car was in the lot in front but I was not told so until I had waited for over 10 minutes for someone to tell me. They were not busy. I have always had very good service in the past. This was not the case. I was there on two occasion over two days and the service and demeanor was the same. I did notice other customers getting better treatment . The cashier lady made up for the lack of care. Sorry this is th only game in my area or I would not have come back. More

Went to another dealership and they didn’t do anything. Said it could be two weeks to get to after it was there for a week. Had it towed to Columbia Hyundai and the work was done in two days. Checking in and getting the loaner for the day was easy. I was called mid day and was able to pick my car back up. Work was done well. The service staff was professional and nice as they always are. My first visit for service. Employee that met me at the garage door, (immediately upon my arrival), was very welcoming and friendly.
