I've been a customer for over 20 years and recommend this dealership whenever possible. The only complaint I have this visit is, I was waiting for my car and it took longer than usual because there were a couple of recalls. No problem there! However in sitting in the waiting area, the television was on and the music was extremely loud. There was so,e breaking news that was important and it couldn't be heard. My suggestion: turn the music down in that area - too much competition! Just know that you are the best! More

I chose to stay, and while I was reading, Rachael gave me a voucher for a free meal. I thought that was above and beyond what I expected. In spite of the warning, I was out of there in 1 1/2 hours, and completely happy with the service. More

Not as advertised When I called to make this service appointment I was told that this "We Owe" visit included tire rotation. When I brought the car in the morning of Ju When I called to make this service appointment I was told that this "We Owe" visit included tire rotation. When I brought the car in the morning of June 1 I requested verification that this visit included tire rotation. I was told that it did. When I reviewed the documentation of the service provided there was no indication that the tires had been rotated - only that tread depth, wear pattern/damage, and pressure had been checked. I would have paid for the rotation if I knew this service was not going to be provided. If the tires were, in fact, rotated, I will change the answers to this survey. More
LAST SERVICE APPT. DID NOT GO TO WELL. , CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR 50.000 MI. SERVICE AND EXCHANGE WINTER TIRES TO SUMMER TIRES. ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPLACE THE , CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR 50.000 MI. SERVICE AND EXCHANGE WINTER TIRES TO SUMMER TIRES. ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPLACE THE TIRES I BROUGHT IN. 2 HRS LATER SHE TOLD ME CAR WAS DONE, I STATED NO NEW TIRES? SHE SAID THEY WERE OK WILL LAST FOR ONE MORE SEASON. LEFT FOR HOME, GOT 1 MI. AND I HAD A FLAT TIRE. CAME BACK TO DEALER, CAR WAS BROUGHT IN. THE EXPLANATION FOR THE FLAT WAS VERY VAGUE. IT TOOK 2 HRS TO PUT ON 2 NEW REAR TIRES. I ASKED WHEN THE CAR MAY BE DONE, SHE TOLD ME THE TIRE MACHINE WAS TIED UP WILL BE READY IN 10 MIN. I HAVE TO THINK I WAS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. NOW I HAVE 2 NEW TIRES AND OLD ONES ON FRONT, I ASKED IF THAT WAS OK FOR ALL WHEEL DRIVE SHE SAID YES. I HAVE SINCE HEARD OTHERWISE AND WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU. NOT SURE WHY THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY, ITS TOO BAD. More
