Service My oil change and tire rotation was completed. The recall work was completed though I received an email prior to the service and it indicated that th My oil change and tire rotation was completed. The recall work was completed though I received an email prior to the service and it indicated that there was a $14.00 charge for the piece. I didn't think that it would apply (and it didn't) but that could upset some people. I arrived at 7:10 a.m. for a 7:30 appt. An hour and fourty minutes later I stepped outside to make a call and my car was outside. I went into service and asked if the work was completed. The young lady started to look through paperwork on her desk-area. A serviceman to my right perked up and said that my car was done which left me wondering how much longer I would have waited for someone to tell me that my car was indeed ready ! The paperwork's time was 9:11 a.m. More

Oil change mess I normally give them 4 stars but this last service on my truck was terrible the technician left oil inside , outside on my truck and on my engine.
