Peaceful ... Was having a stressful day running around to various unplanned appointments, I actually arrived 1/2 hour early to my scheduled appointment and was gre Was having a stressful day running around to various unplanned appointments, I actually arrived 1/2 hour early to my scheduled appointment and was greeted with a friendly smile and "how can I help you" by Rachel. She took my information and told me to have a seat in the waiting room or café. I thought I would have to wait-out the extra 1/2 hour, but somehow she managed to get my car in immediately. The time I spent waiting for my car to be serviced was less than expected and served as a much need "down" time for me personally. Love the café and lounge with the fireplace, which by the way was stoked and toasty warm. More

Rear brake pads, rotors, calipers, wheel bearing, oil change I called on Monday before New Years and they had me come in at 7:30 on New Years's eve day. I brought in my car and they were able to give me a compl I called on Monday before New Years and they had me come in at 7:30 on New Years's eve day. I brought in my car and they were able to give me a complimentary ride home. The job was done and I came back at 4:30 the same day and got my car back. Everyone was friendly and the work was done properly. It was expensive but I'm told that what was done was expensive from other people. I felt the price was fair. Rip Off Came in with two bad tires, service center told me I needed all 4 new tires. I just put on two new tires at the dealer over the past year. No explanation of why I needed all four, especially when sales team said 2 of them looked brand new. Service guy could not tell me what the warranty would be on the tires they were trying to sell me. He got defensive which did not help the situation. HA HA on me...I left with a new car but will never - never go to Columbia's service again, even with the 4 oil changes I get with the new car....
