She took my information and told me to have a seat in the waiting room or café. I thought I would have to wait-out the extra 1/2 hour, but somehow she managed to get my car in immediately. The time I spent waiting for my car to be serviced was less than expected and served as a much need "down" time for me personally. Love the café and lounge with the fireplace, which by the way was stoked and toasty warm. More

I brought in my car and they were able to give me a complimentary ride home. The job was done and I came back at 4:30 the same day and got my car back. Everyone was friendly and the work was done properly. It was expensive but I'm told that what was done was expensive from other people. I felt the price was fair. Thank you for your excellent service. More
Rip Off Came in with two bad tires, service center told me I needed all 4 new tires. I just put on two new tires at the dealer over the past year. No explan Came in with two bad tires, service center told me I needed all 4 new tires. I just put on two new tires at the dealer over the past year. No explanation of why I needed all four, especially when sales team said 2 of them looked brand new. Service guy could not tell me what the warranty would be on the tires they were trying to sell me. He got defensive which did not help the situation. HA HA on me...I left with a new car but will never - never go to Columbia's service again, even with the 4 oil changes I get with the new car.... Good general service BUT overall a little disappointed I brought my C- Max in for its regular oil change and service as part of the service package when I bought the car. The people are friendly but the re I brought my C- Max in for its regular oil change and service as part of the service package when I bought the car. The people are friendly but the reason I would not choose this service outside of the fact that it came with the purchase is because of the limited number of things that the service includes. NO window cleaning or vacuuming is included. I know that may sound petty but with all the other oil change places in the area it is part of the service and just makes the customer feel like the car had something done to it since everything else is basically "under the hood" and you never "see" any of those results. On this particular visit I had an addition service scheduled to look at a stain on the passenger seat cleaned that I could t remove myself even though I had bought a treatment package with the purchase of the car. I talked to the sale an who I bought the car with and he arranged for the detailing people to work on the seat while I had the car in for service and I asked specifically if I should vacuum the seats and floors and he said no that they would take care of it. When I picked up the car ONLY the one seat was cleaned even though there were other dirty spots on the back seats AND as I said no vacuuming or anything else was done. I was disappointed to say the least. More

Feel like I'm being misled when dealing with dealership When my wife and I purchased our expedition at Columbia ford we paid for upgrades, warranties, etc. which caused the truck to get taxed at a higher st When my wife and I purchased our expedition at Columbia ford we paid for upgrades, warranties, etc. which caused the truck to get taxed at a higher state percentage then the norm, so the purchase was not a small one. Upon receipt of our upgrades to truck (not Ford parts, items sold at Walmart) I had to write the dealership and complain about the bait and switch tactic done which ultimately resulted in the Ford parts being installed in a brand new vehicle vs. aftermarket Walmart quality parts. Today, 12/12/15, after calling months ago (about 15k miles on truck) to discuss what I felt was a problem with the truck, I brought the truck in for tires and alignment. I had expressed my concern that the tires were wearing very unevenly and my doubt to a major alignment problem as there were no signs of it. I had called several tire places, including my hometown Ford dealer, and decided since the truck was purchased at Columbia Ford that if there was a problem its best to have the tires / alignment check done there (even though it was more expensive). The appointment was made for 12:30 with a 2 hour time to complete provided to me when scheduling visit. I took time off from work (unpaid) and brought the truck in. Rather than sitting for 2 hours my wife and I went to lunch and returned 2 hours later. When we saw the truck I was amazed that it hadn't even been touched and was in the same parking spot we left it. I visited the service desk and spoke to the person that scheduled our appointment on the phone. What I was told left me speechless when they stated they were unaware it was here. As I had taken time off from work (unpaid) and I had an appointment an hour away which required me to leave Columbia by 4 PM I was rather mad as the service folks attempted to state it was my fault they didn't know it was there. How anyone that had my keys could say that is mind boggling. They stated they would start it soon and I would be able to leave by 4 PM, at this point much less than the estimate I was originally given. I stated ok but expressed again that I was very concerned about the alignment and / or what may have caused the tires to go bald from middle to the outer side of the tires. When I was told it was done, in a little over an hour, after discussing payment, I asked the obvious question of the day about the alignment since nothing was said. I was told everything was fine. I looked through the receipt and saw no report for the alignment statistics (pre and post). It was for this one reason I brought the truck to Columbia ford (recall my earlier statement). I was told everything was ok and when I explained again why I brought the truck to Columbia I was told that the printer for the alignments had just broken. When I asked what the settings were the service advisor said they had been deleted. When I asked to speak with the service tech that performed the work they stated they were too busy. No offense, I don't believe anything I've been told and I am told to "trust" Columbia Ford. The ONLY other time I was told that I was blatantly lied to and had to point out how a bait and switch tactic that I paid handsomely for was performed. I honestly feel that the dealership is covering up something that will result in further premature tire wear costing me more money then I should be spending with such a young vehicle with so few miles. In my mind I have two options. First, take it to another place of business and have a full 4 wheel alignment be performed ensuring they know why I'm there. Second, have Columbia Ford perform another 4 wheel alignment, free of charge, and provide me the paperwork / report that I made blatantly clear was the reason it was at the dealership today. If I don't hear from Columbia Ford by the End of Day, December 29th, a week away, I will pursue option 1 above and then submit my bill to the dealership for reimbursement. I will also be reaching out to the better business bureau on 30th to submit a full report of the initial non-ford parts being installed in a new truck and this recent "trust me" experience where I feel like I was being lied to my face. I don't write reviews like this ever, oddly enough the only two I can recall are both revolving around dealings with Columbia Ford. Thank you, I'm sure you have record who had a 12:30 PM appointment for 4 new Continental tires with 4 wheel alignment. More
