Painless I had a very good experience with Columbia Ford's Service Department. I had recall work taken care of, my 40,000 mile service and lastly a problem wi I had a very good experience with Columbia Ford's Service Department. I had recall work taken care of, my 40,000 mile service and lastly a problem with rodents nesting somewhere in my engine. The rodents died and created not only a very unpleasant odor but a potential health hazard as well. I must give great thanks to Paul one of your mechanics. He was so incredibly nice and VERY knowledgable regarding mouse problems with automobiles. He personally came out to the vehicle to discuss the problem with my husband and I. My husband had done some preliminary investigation and believed he isolated where the nest may have been and wanted to discuss this with a mechanic. I was concerned that the nest would not be able to be located or it would be incredibly time consuming and expensive for the labor to locate the problem. Much to my surprise the car was done quickly with all the work being completed. Paul located 5 dead mice and a sizable nest which he removed and cleaned the accessible areas. I was so relieved and thankful for all his hard work and expertise not to mention dealing with an unpleasant situation. Much thanks to Paul & Rachel for thier friendly service! More

Recommend any other place for an oil change I only went here for an oil change because I had a factory recall. I made an appointment for 1pm and ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and watched my car I only went here for an oil change because I had a factory recall. I made an appointment for 1pm and ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and watched my car sit in the parking lot for over an hour. I had to change my childrens after school arrangement because of the time I spent waiting at the dealership. When I inquired about the wait, I was informed that there were two recalls instead of one, but that still does not account for the HOUR that I sat watching my car in the parking lot. The only reason I got my oil change here was because I required a factory recall. Any other time the service is just as professional at other service center in the area. More
