I had a great experience when bringing in my truck for repairs of warranty and non-warranty work. The service department did a great job on a visit that encompassed numerous repairs over many days. I arrived before 8 am and was immediately received by the helpful service department who listened to my explanation about the odd noise my vehicle made during left turns at speed.
