all keyed up Bought a certified used car in may. A couple weeks later, one key fob not working. Made first trip to ford and they changed the battery. A month later Bought a certified used car in may. A couple weeks later, one key fob not working. Made first trip to ford and they changed the battery. A month later, key fob not working. Second trip to ford and they changed the battery. A month later, key fob not working. To ford for third time. Refused new battery. Ford ordered new bob. Needed to go to ford for a fourth time so key could be cut and programmed. Cost me a $100 deductable. Service guys were great, every time. In fact everyone i came in contact with there was fantastic. I just felt it shouldn’t have taken 4 trips and there shouldn’t have cost me anything as this was an ongoing problem. I didn’t argue this at the time because i was leaving the state for a few days, as soon as i got home from ford, and didn’t want to hang around another hour at that time. More
