My visit was for unscheduled repairs but still greeted with enthusiasm and concern in getting my car repair For a busy Monday service was outstanding. My visit was for unscheduled repairs but still greeted with enthusiasm and concern in getting my car repaired. Before leaving I was ask if I needed a ride home, I mentioned I did and due to distance to where I live and time needed to repair my car the service clerk contacted Enterprise rental who pick me up at the dealership. To me this speaks volumes for Columbia's customer service..I could have made the call myself but they made the arraignments for me. Would recommend Columbia Ford to anyone looking for repairs or for a new/used car/truck. Very pleased with this dealership. More
