I’ve had a lot of trouble with the service for my Genesis! Over the 2 years I’ve owned a Genesis, I’ve loved the car, but hated the service. They’ve been through several managers trying to get it fixed apparently. Mike was great this last time, fixing what was done wrong. Not his fault, but service department needs a major change! Probably won’t buy another Genesis just bc of the service….i mean when you can’t just get an oil change without something going wrong, it’s bad! More

They try to sell you premium service upgrades without being able to articulate whether you need the service at all. i.e. asking us to pay for a “premium” brake service without knowing what’s left on the rotors. They have also lost our keys during service, which left us wandering around the dealership trying to figure out who might know where the keys were, then searching throughout our car attempting to find them. 20+ mins later someone tracked them down. Even though we have free oil changes with them, we are not going back. More
The place was a madhouse. Too many cars at once, service people were rushed by necessity, just a real zoo. All that was done was an oil/filter change and it took 1 1/2 hours. Lost all the presets for everything on the GV70 somehow. Still trying to reset it all. Not looking forward to driving from Dayton to there for service. More
