Incomplete info on engine replacement submission process, and warranty restrictions, resulting in me putting way more into the car than I would have. Genesis is a terrific car however I will not be purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M. I called several times starting at 3 p.m., left messages; no return calls Went and picked up car around 5 p.m. Couldn't fix; did not have part. Made new appointment for July 29, first available! More
The necessary repairs were fine.
