They were very accommodating and friendly. I think the turnaround time for an oil change and tire rotation could have been shorter, after all I had an appt time. Not only did they fail to find that my cabin filter had been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and bra been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and brakes was a hundred dollars more than what Kerry charged me for new brakes, rotors and filter. I will never go back there again. More
Service was good overall and the recall repair was done faster than estimated. The man at the service counter asked if I would like an oil change while I was there since my car was a year old and I said su faster than estimated. The man at the service counter asked if I would like an oil change while I was there since my car was a year old and I said sure so he put me down for an oil change but when I picked up my car later and got home I noticed the oil change wasn't on my invoice so it looks like it was never actually performed. So that was a big disappointing. More
