I arrived at the dealership for scheduled routine maintenance, nearly 10 minutes early. When I got to the front desk, there were 3 service workers at different computers. It took some time to even ma maintenance, nearly 10 minutes early. When I got to the front desk, there were 3 service workers at different computers. It took some time to even make eye contact with me. One was actively with a customer. The other 2 were buried in their computers. I was the only person in line. They did not help me until after my scheduled appointment time had passed. It was an older man, seemed like he was nearing the end of his career. He was less than personable with customer service. He went on to tell me that I’d be waiting at least 2 hours and the car wash was down. He finally asked, “you don’t have an appointment, do you?” To which I confirmed I did have one. He seemed surprised and said “oh okay, then we might be able to get you out of here in a 1.5 to an hour and 45 minutes.” He asked me multiple times if I still wanted to stay, as if he was looking to convince me to leave the car. I went on to wait approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes for and oil & filter change. When companies like Valvoline will have you out sub 15 minutes. No one even spoke to me until the car was done. No checks in between. Not surprised, granted I have never had a memorable experience with this dealership. UNFORTUNATELY this is the closest location to the house. This is sadly among the best experiences I’ve had with Hyundai. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company at this point. More

Chuck warned us since we didn’t have a scheduled appointment it could be 2.0 hours plus. We didn’t want to comeback so we stayed and we were pleasantly surprised to be done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable, and the cold water bottles much appreciated. More

I have had two terribke experiences at this dealer on service. This last one, the fault for not starting scheduled service at the time I dropped car off was blamed entirely on me. I own 7 cars cure tly and many throughout my life, nothing like that had ever happened before. At my original service call, I was told they did not make appointments for oil changes and that I just needed to show uo. I showed up the next week, after a 45 minute, drive only to be told the policy had changed and I should have made an appointment, which I then did losing 1.5 hours of time on a dealership that had taken every advantage of covid to sell me an above sticker car. I tell everyone, choose another dealer if that means buying a different make... More
