I had a coupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil with standard oil and did not rotate the tires. The service writer said he could tell the tires didn't need rotated b rotation. They changed the oil with standard oil and did not rotate the tires. The service writer said he could tell the tires didn't need rotated by looking at them. I was not given a choice and my car was done and I was told after the fact that I didn't get synthetic oil and the tires weren't rotated. Terrible service. More
