I was pleased with the service and the service associates but not with how long the service took. I mean from 01/06/21 - 01/29/21 that's a long time to be without my work truck. I use it to pull my backhoe or trencher and carry my tools. I had two jobs that were postponed because of the long service and now the conditions are such I can't finish the jobs. Can you imagine if someone closed your business for three weeks while you waited on parts! You do have some good people in service, Corey always returned my calls and kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck.

From the first phone call for an appointment, that Russ gave me, to the oil change and lube, to 4 new tires installed, and a 2-day problem solving computer glitch. Everyone from Russ, Steve, John (tire dept), office worker taking payment, were a tour de force of customer service and cooperation. I really piled on the work, but Steve and Russ were truly the most customer service oriented, cool, calm, and collected for the two days I was at Kufleitner CCJDR. Mr. Kufleitner, your personality and business accumen is quite an influence on customer service and attitude of all those involved. Thank you so much. It means a lot.

The service is polite, punctual and courteous. Steve Cain did an awesome job getting me in and out and I received a complimentary car wash as well. Will definitely be back again.

I decided to call the Ram Care Service Center after the service they contacted Eric and he worked with the care center case manager in an honest transparent way about me and the service done throughout the years following my Ram purchase. I called service, because the battery went dead on 2017 Cherokee. I was about 1 mile from you. The service guy sent a man to give me a jump. I brought the jeep in and you replaced the battery. I don't think from jump to finish it was much more than 1 hour. Great service, they went beyond what they had to do. Nice to see someone going the extra mile.

Eric explained what service needed to be done on my car and the price. It was exactly what he said. Very friendly person. The work time was about what he said it would be.
