I liked working with Kimberly (our sales person), She was personable and friendly.I cannot say that I enjoyed the loan process. Columbianna Ford is incredibly slow when it comes to car loans. My son was tryi personable and friendly.I cannot say that I enjoyed the loan process. Columbianna Ford is incredibly slow when it comes to car loans. My son was trying to get a loan. First we were told that my son could get a loan on his own. Then we were told that I would have to co-sign for him. We were there close to 4 hours. This was way too long to get a loan. Everybody is friendly. We were treated well but they need to get another person so there are 2 people doing loans or they need a faster computer program.I would buy another car at this place, but, I would start a lot earlier in the day. Terrible customer experience. Wasted my time and cost me money. I made a mistake coming here. The used truck I purchased from Columbiana couldn’t pass a routine PA Inspection even after spending 10 days wi money. I made a mistake coming here. The used truck I purchased from Columbiana couldn’t pass a routine PA Inspection even after spending 10 days with the service department being fixed for axle/wheel bearing issue covered by warranty. Battery died within 24 hours of purchasing truck. After first attempt at repairing truck, I couldn’t even get it 100’ out of the lot due to a grinding noise in the front end that was unrelated to original issue for servicing. No response from management after complaints, only the service dept. I don’t respect that type of cowardice. In my opinion, Columbiana Ford is the definition of a dealer that strives only to meet the bare minimum standards. I learned a valuable lesson. I do not recommend them. More
