The best "No Pressure" buying experience ever! When I began looking at cars, I didn't have a salesperson on my heals trying to sell me a vehicle. I looked at several vehicles, found one I fell in When I began looking at cars, I didn't have a salesperson on my heals trying to sell me a vehicle. I looked at several vehicles, found one I fell in love with, then drove through the lot looking some more. I finally decided to go in and inquire about the vehicle I really wanted. Stan greeted me with a smile and was very kind. Stan was very personable and has a style that is family oriented. I really liked that. He got the car ready for a test drive in a timely manner and he wasn't "pushy" with the sale. When I got back from the test drive, Stan took my information and made the sale happen for me. While I was in taking car of the financial part with Jake, Stan was out visiting with my mom which made both of us feel very welcomed. Stan took the time to get to know us and didn't put any pressure on me to make the sale. It truly was the best experience I have ever had with buying a new vehicle. Thank you Stan :) More
4 Paws up For Columbine Ford! I drove 1,000 miles with a 100 pound dog to buy a 2008 Taurus X! (Fords are my favorite cars and I have had a lot of them in my long life) I had been looking for the perfect vehicle for almost a year. My little family consists of 2 seniors and 4 dogs - plus I need a vehicle I can use in my dog rescue transports. It had to be in my price range, around $7,000, reasonably low miles, (under 75,000) and with comfortable seats as my legs and back were damaged in a car crash a few years ago and have cargo space for hauling crates of rescued dogs. Tall order, all things considered. I found the perfect car on Auto Trader with only one tiny little flaw in the plan - it was 450 miles away. I contacted the dealer, Columbine Ford, connected with Angelo Gianinetti and bought the car sight unseen over the phone. On Friday, I packed up my trade-in, loaded up my road buddy, a mastiff/rottie cross and off we went up into the mountains of Colorado to Rifle. I grew up in Montana and am no stranger to mountain passes, but the one between Durango and Montrose CO had an experienced mountain driver white-knuckling the whole way. We went home a different way. Saturday I showed up at Columbine Ford with a 100+ lb dog! We spent a good part of the morning trying to sort out an out-of-state purchase on a busy Saturday. Most of our time was spent with Stan Kutnicki, a true dog guy who made sure Ms Bella had snacks, water and her blankie in the dealership. Everyone was so gracious to us and very good to my huge furry companion. Bella made friends and I finally bought that perfect-for-me car. Then, there was that gigantic poop on the floor of the financial managers office. Poor Bella was constipated from the drive and it just happened. Oppps! Everyone was so good about it and I am sure Bella will be a dealership legend for awhile. All things considered, I got a great car for a good price, a reasonable trade-in amount for my tired little Escape, easy financing and had a pretty good time in the process. 4 Paws up for Columbine Ford! Great Experience\Pain Free Robi was recommended to me from a co-worker and I was not disappointed. Both Robi and Tina were great to deal with. They had my vehicle ready waiting for me, no surprises, fair price and great customer service. Tina in finance was also easy deal with and they beat my credit unions rate. I wouldn't think twice about using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford. More

Car was in detail when I got there, I worked my deal over the phone for over a week with one salesman. Set the appointment to go drive and buy my car. Car was in detail when I got there, even with my appointment set. 3 hours later I finally drove home. The paper work was already drawn up and there was an appointment so this was not a random walk in, there was no back and forth. Just unorganized horrible customer service. I called a few days later to ask about an address change and never received a call back. 2 days after that I received a second purchase agreement and bill of sale with a sticky note for me to sign. I called to find out why I needed to sign this twice, was told I'd get a call back. Never did!! I called a week later only to be bounced around, hung up on numerous times. They messed up on my paperwork and needed me to sign it again. I can't get my plates until they figure this out and yet they still haven't contacted my co-signer about his signature that is needed. All in all a horrible experience from the start, still is and still hasn't ended. More
