He helped us work through issues we were debating on the size vehicle we thought we needed. We did not purchase at this time because we wanted to do some more comparisons, but if we do decide to go with the Ford Product we will defiantly come back to Columbine to deal with Michael. Ravi was nice and plesant to talk to , not pushy. we recently purchased a 30 ft. camp trailer and only had a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup to pull it around and was thinking about buying a bigger truck, so we w we recently purchased a 30 ft. camp trailer and only had a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup to pull it around and was thinking about buying a bigger truck, so we were on vacation and was in the area of columbine ford in Rifle Colorado and my wife was hoping to meet Todd Helton the famous baseball player. so we pulled into columbine ford and a sale man approaches us and I told him used truck but maybe new. He showed us a new truck with everything we were looking for. Ravi kept in contact with us thru email thru the week, a week later we made the deal. My wife was due to have surgery and I wasn't sure if we could purchase the truck and have all the add on's done and pick the truck up before her surgery. Ravi pulled in my drive way with the new truck and all the add on's @ 10am and the surgery was @ 1pm the same day. his timing was impeccable. We feel he went above and beyond for us. He is a true gem and a wonderful person. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. P. S. Still waiting to meet Todd Helton!!!! More

Ravi & Brandun We went to 2 other dealerships in Glenwood Springs & couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge us. We finally made it to Columbine at 4:30 pm on a Saturday. Ravi went all out trying to help us get out of our current vehicle that were upside down on. He even entertained my 2 boys. Finally got into the finance department with Brandun at 8:00pm. The finances weren't discussed with us before hand & payments were more then we wanted. So Brandun worked with the numbers and made things work for us. I would rather go to the dentist then a car dealership & this was by far our best experience! More

Piss Poor Dilership I ordered a Transit passenger E-150 with specific options; for a wheelchair conversion What they ordered was a cargo van with only half the equipment I ordered a Transit passenger E-150 with specific options; for a wheelchair conversion What they ordered was a cargo van with only half the equipment as specified per my original order 16 Dec 15. When the Van came in April 16 they promised to install the three missing windows if I took the van, I paid cash and spent the next 3 months and over 28 phone calls and 3 trips ( 150 mi round trip ) trying to get some satisfaction. The out come was I had to buy the windows and have them installed myself at my own time and cost. At this time the van is "For Sale" with 136 miles on it ! Columbine Ford is VERY good at LIEING, CHEATING, AND HIGH PRESSURE SALES. More
