Ravi was nice and plesant to talk to , not pushy. we recently purchased a 30 ft. camp trailer and only had a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup to pull it around and was thinking about buying a bigger truck, so we w we recently purchased a 30 ft. camp trailer and only had a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup to pull it around and was thinking about buying a bigger truck, so we were on vacation and was in the area of columbine ford in Rifle Colorado and my wife was hoping to meet Todd Helton the famous baseball player. so we pulled into columbine ford and a sale man approaches us and I told him used truck but maybe new. He showed us a new truck with everything we were looking for. Ravi kept in contact with us thru email thru the week, a week later we made the deal. My wife was due to have surgery and I wasn't sure if we could purchase the truck and have all the add on's done and pick the truck up before her surgery. Ravi pulled in my drive way with the new truck and all the add on's @ 10am and the surgery was @ 1pm the same day. his timing was impeccable. We feel he went above and beyond for us.
