The first thing i noticed was all vehicles were unlocked allowing me to really look at a vehicle without the pressure from a car dealer. I could go and look at any vehicle on the lot on my own. Tiffany assisted me and finding out what I was looking for. We test drove multiple trucks before deciding on the one I wanted. Within the hour I had been approved signed papers and out the door! Every time I arrive for service it is "outstanding". The friendly faces always look out for my interest, take the time to explain things and make sure I am happy and satisfied. This last visit, I came in with no appointment and needed 4 new tires. Anyway, when I arrived, they said it was no problem and they would fit me in. They called me sooner than expected to let me know the car was ready. Paul took the time to return my keys, walk me out to the car, and make sure I was happy with everything.
