Over 2 years ago Travis called me to the High School to Drive a Ford Explorer so the school would get $25.00. 2 years later I called him and he told me to talk to Josh. Josh did an awesome job, he took great care of me and is going to teach me all about my car. That is Awesome Customer Service. Curtis was great to work with, he got me in and out. He took the time to answer my questions and is helping me cancel my warranty on my old car. The Customer Service has been Great! If I need a new car in the future I would go see Josh and Curtis again. Thank you for taking care of us!!!!! More

We were looking for a new escape. We thought that we would get a 2013 because Ford had 0% interest on those cars. When we got to the dealership, they didn't have any 2013's on the lot. I first looked on Columbine Ford's wed site, which is very user friendly, and found a 2012 Edge that I was interested in. At 7:50 a.m. Monday morning, Sept. 23, I received an email from Sales Consultant, Stan Kutnicki with his contact phone #. We arranged a 2 p.m. meeting for Sept. 27 at their location in Rifle. With in 10 min. after meeting Stan I felt that I had known him all my life. In our conversations, he never mentioned the word "sell" one time. It was always, lets see if we have something you will like and go from there. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tim Evely, the general sales manager and Columbine Ford owner, Jimmy Breslin. Their concern was "do we have something you like" and "are we answering all your questions". It was never, "are you going to buy" or "can we sell you something". I did purchase the 2012 Edge, for the price I was interested in. And Curtis Smith was so great in explaining all the finance details and options. And what a great vehicle it is. I left Columbine Ford with the feeling that "we not only want you as a customer, but we also want you as a friend". There was never no pressure to "you have to buy" that I have felt at other car dealerships. The staff at Columbine Ford are head and shoulders above other dealers.
