One happy owner. I was walking around and really was not planning on buying anything. We looked and I told her that I was just passing time until I went to the Dodge dealership to honestly get the new Rebel. I ended up test driving the Roush 150 and really liked it (loved it). I did go to the Dodge dealership but they didn't have it ready to look at after the fact that they had called me and made a VIP reservation for me to look at the truck. Wasted time going to Glenwood. I text Robi on the way back to see if she could work out a little better deal for me. Within minutes I got a call to come back in and I was treated awesome and got a better deal. Columbine and Robi done a fantastic job, total professionalism, I felt as if I was BS'ing with a friend not a salesperson. Can't say enough about our local Ford dealership and their time they spend on helping and doing the right thing for their clients who want to buy a new vehicle. I am now a VERY proud owner of the only one of its kind in the valley and beyond of a red Roush 150. Thank you very much Robi and Columbine Ford. Much appreciated and I absolutely will recommend everyone to you guys. More

He already knew what I was interested in as we'd made email contact several weeks before He was slammed w/ customers. i was getting frustrated. He turned me over to Brystal who saved the deal. We test drove 3 trucks. she was informed and answered my questions . What she couldn't answer, she found out for me. and she had only one month experience too. !!!!! Josh finally got free. We finalized a deal. I had some questions about a cpl things and he jumped right on them. He did it recently when I had an issue. Promptly taken care of. I believe that Josh knows that the service doesn't stop at the time of sale. The service continues. There were gravel chips on the truck I bought. Brandun jumped on it. He made arrangement w. Crabtree's Auto Body (Who did a great job by the way). when the touch up jobs didn't work. He put a new tail gate on my new truck. Gave me a loaner for several days while my truck was being painted. Overall, 5 stars everywhere.. J/S More

Upon arrival I found the truck better than described and was thoroughly impressed with how quickly and thoroughly Robi was able to get the deal I wanted on the truck.
