I don't need their sales help in finding something I like, you know? But Robi not only warmed me up to the option of having someone at my side to answer questions, but she helped me associate the differences between two trucks. So impressed was I that I selected a 2018 model over a 2017 model because she made it so easy. I expected the typical up sales, add-on pressure both from sales and the finance, but I got neither. Robi made my this experience truly pleasurable. Jake Bowen and Robi Sifers made this sale a pleasure and a memorable experience.
