Joslyn was super genuine and friendly, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and took the time to explain the features of our new van to us...even helped pair my phone to the stereo. Also worked with Dax and Tyrel, both of whom were just as friendly. Welcoming and helpful atmosphere I accompanied my daughter on her vehicle purchase and could not be more amazed with the staff we encountered from management to sales to the service c I accompanied my daughter on her vehicle purchase and could not be more amazed with the staff we encountered from management to sales to the service center. Wonderful experience!! I came in to Columbus Motor just to look because I wasn’t really sure just yet on what I wanted. Joslyn sat down with me talked over what I really wan I came in to Columbus Motor just to look because I wasn’t really sure just yet on what I wanted. Joslyn sat down with me talked over what I really wanted in a vehicle and what I didn’t want. That conversation led to me now owning a brand new Grand Cherokee! Tyrel was friendly and went above to find the exact vehicle down to the color and everything for me! Staci made sure I understood all the financial aspects and I knew I was walking out without any questions because it was so well explained.
