This dealership is great. I came here looking to buy a 2013 Honda Accord LX. Everyone here is really friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Peter was exceptional. He is extremely friendly and knew everything about the car. He was very pleasant to work with and very easy to talk to. He knew all about the car and explained all details very well. He gave us his attention at all times and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at any point of time. He was not pushy and let me make the decision. Many times, buying a car can be very stressful because of the dealer's pressurize you to buy a car and also negotiating is another hassle altogether. But here, Peter and the staff at Commonwealth made the process seem so seamless. It wasn't even like buying a car. Also, they gave me a really good deal and stuck to the price which they quoted when I called them (some dealer's change the quote on arrival). A really good buying process. Would definitely recommend place and Peter to anyone. More

From the second we walked in, everyone was so helpful and informative about what would be done. We initially came in for a $30k checkup, but Susan let us know we had already had it done last year, which sav informative about what would be done. I am very disapointed in commonweath. I was a repeat customer (3rd time) to the commonwealth dealerships and that was the final time I would even call them. I went in the day after my birthday to get a customer (3rd time) to the commonwealth dealerships and that was the final time I would even call them. I went in the day after my birthday to get a car for my birthday present and it was the worst experience EVER! I knew that I wanted a CR-V and a lease so that work was already done for Braham and he really didn't need to "sell" the car because in my mind I was already sold in my mind. We test drove it and I loved it! Then we went inside to his desk and we started the "process" or so I thought.. he got my trade figured out and then left for about a half hour so when I saw him talking to the people at the desk I thought he was talking financing, but i was wrong. He came back to the desk and said it was mine and went over the payment options and had me ring the bell.. then left again for an extended amount of time.. came back with another gentleman who set up a pick-up day and time with me, then they both walked away. When he came back a while later he said I was waiting to speak with someone in the office and then we would be set. I waited about 45 minutes to speak with her (not her fault at all) but Braham never came back to check in because as soon as we started waiting for her he left us at his desk and ran off like a shark to another couple looking at cars. When we went into the office Karen explained that she couldnt get us in the car and said she would work on it the next day with all the banks. I was VERY upset because I was under the impression that the car was mine.. I mean we set up a PICK-UP time and everything.. nothing was ever mentioned about talking to finance ( after we had been there for about 3.5 hours!!!) I called back the next day and she had not looked at any options with the banks for me. I then called back 3 days later to talk to a manager who was VERYYYYYY rude and fought with me about the situation. Then I went to Kelly VW in Danvers and was told that they didnt look at any other banks.. just one bank that one night. Needless to say I will not returm to Commonwealth and I did purchase a car from Kelly VW and they have been AMAZING the whole time. More

After deciding that I wanted to purchase a new Honda CR-V (2012), we started shopping around in my area to see who could offer us the best price and service package. Commonwealth Honda's slogan, "shop us las (2012), we started shopping around in my area to see who could offer us the best price and service package. Commonwealth Honda's slogan, "shop us last," turned out to be true for me: Although I did not test drive the CR-V initially at Commonwealth, they proved to be the most friendly and helpful Honda dealership in the Greater Boston area. As I needed to purchase my car rather quickly, they worked with me remotely to make the purchase and have it ready drive off the lot on my timeline. When I experienced a problem with my window or need service, I go back to Commonwealth Honda because I know they'll get the job done, as a certified Honda dealership. Highly recommended! More
