I came to Commonwealth Honda for regular 10K mile service work on my 2011 Accord EX-L (which I had purchased from this dealer). He inspected the condition of my car, took my information, and he quickly looked up my service history. He took my 10% coupon, wrote up a summary of the work I needed, and escorted me to the waiting area. Finally, he told me to expect the car to be finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The waiting area is very comfortable with complimentary WIFI, big screen TV, toys for kids, coffee for adults, and snacks for all.
