When I visited Commonwealth for an Express Service oil change, I received the usual quick attention. But this time, I asked the service consultant to locate some touch-up paint for me. While I read my complimentary newspaper in Commonwealth's waiting area, Tony LaParre went to the parts desk, obtained the touch-up paint, left it in my cup holder, and added a small charge to my bill. I have been getting my oil changed here since I bought my car in 2004 from Commonwealth. I always bring it back here for service because I feel they take the best care of it! The employees seem to really care about their work and are incredibly efficient and friendly. I love the idea of 'express service', which normally gets you in and out in no time. But the waiting area is so nice, that you won't mind if it does take a bit longer. They always have fresh coffee and cookies out, and play a movie, as well as having the news on. There is a small kids play area too. They also have complimentary wi-fi. While waiting for service to be done, it really doesn't get much better than this place for comfort and convenience. The place is very well staffed which is very helpful. My car is over 8 years old now and still going very strong. I know it has a lot to do with the care it is given at Commonwealth Honda! More

Just brought my wife's Honda CRV in for its 10K service and it couldn;t have been easier. I went on a "busy" Saturday morning but was still out in under 90 minutes.
