We were a little disappointed with some of the local Nissan dealerships and decided to drive an hour to Commonwealth Motors. The environment was upbeat and very friendly and professional, definitely worth the trip! Everyone from our phone contact Caitlin, to our salesman Benny, and finally to our financing contact Eric were incredibly helpful! No high pressure sales and no false promises! The inventory on the lot was everything we could have hoped for. We were so happy with the entire process, we knew what we wanted and they delivered. Commonwealth Motors will never be the place we "shop last" again! More

I saw a lot of smiles and friendly faces from start to end It was my 3rd time visiting this dealer the past 9 months for service and maintenance for my Nissan Rogue. My Nissan Rogue was recalled recently, s It was my 3rd time visiting this dealer the past 9 months for service and maintenance for my Nissan Rogue. My Nissan Rogue was recalled recently, so I brought it in today for a check up along with an oilchange. The service here at CommonWealth Motors was amazing from beginning to the end. The guy checked me in, promptly explained to me that I should expect a long wait due to a long line of cars ahead of me. My oil change came with a complimentary 360 point inspection. They did a thorough inspection with honest feedbacks as always. They promptly came to me and explained what they found and made suggestion on what to be fixed. I felt comfortable on fixing a few items myself, and they had no pressure walked away to let me do the job myself later. At the end of the service, the guy went through the whole paper work, explained everything, all the work done. From beginning to the end, I saw a lot of smiles and friendly faces. I feel very happy and comfortable to have my car for service at this dealer. I highly recommend it. More
Sressful and distressing experience Immediately following a bank card transaction for partial payment of a used car my bank account was compromised. When I notified the used car manager, Carlos Rodriguez and the sales associate I was told they would investigate the issue and call me within 20 minutes. After four hours I called them and was passed off from the general manager to the sales associate. I was treated in an unprofessional, disrespectful manner and frankly lost confidence in the integrity of the dealership. When I returned to the dealership later that day to inquire about cancelling the transaction I was told in a very intimidating and rude manner that I would not be refunded the cash payment if I did not complete the transaction. At this point I have no confidence about the transaction and the reliability of the dealership. I believe that businesses should treat every customer with respect and professionalism. There are numerous types of advertising but any professional journal will confirm that the tried and true "word of mouth" continues to be the best form of advertisement. I could not recommend Commonwealth to anyone. My dissatisfaction continues from my initial post. I find it amazing that my review is not on the website. Hopefully my car will be fixed soon and my dealings with Commonwealth will be over! I will continue to share with friends and acquaintances my stressful and disappointing experience at Commonwealth Motors. I have also not had the courtesy of a phone call from anyone to discuss my issues. Since Commonwealth Nissan was not able to complete my car inspection, I was sent to Commonwealth Chevrolet. At the Chevrolet service center I had the pleasure to meet Assistant Service Manager Sandra Howard and Service Adviser Sarah Lord. Sandra and Sarah were immensely helpful, courteous, and respectful. They assisted me with the repair, inspection, and registration of my vehicle. They were the complete antithesis of Carlos Rodriguez, Brian Hesse, Franklyn Veloz, and Cassie Aguiar at Commonwealth Nissan. Sandra and Sarah could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend the Chevrolet Service Center. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service at the Commonwealth Chevrolet Service Center staff, especially Sandra Howard and Sarah Lord. More

His knowledge of the vehicle i was interested in was unparalleled and this really helped me make an educated decision. This is the second vehicle i have purchased from The Commonwealth group and would not go anywhere else to buy a new car. They really do have the best prices and their sales staff genuinely cares. After visiting 3 dealers (Ford, Toyota, and Honda) before walking in we were getting ready to give up for the day. Victor ended up matching a deal for a rouge that we had got for a suv i liked less another dealer. Very happy with my experience i would recommend commonwealth to friends and shop there again. More
