Best car buying experience EVER! My wife and I went looking for a car in October, and had the pleasure of running across Daniel Young. He was very knowledgeable, of every car he showed us. He took the time to explain the pros and cons to leasing and buying, and why a Nissan would be the best choice for us over a Honda. Even when I told him I had to look at Toyotas he didn't come back with any high pressure sales tactics. My wife came back a week later, and leased a Nissan with him. Which unfortunately, was $20/ month more than what we were quoted a week earlier. But Daniel explained why it was more, and we were fine with it. When my wife picked up the car he took care of my her very well, and made sure she knew what every button did. I was so impressed, I came back 3 days later, and ended up buying a used Optima from him. Which I found out later was more than their online advertised price. But at that point I didn't care, since Daniel treated my wife and I so well. Since then I've sent him more customers, and they're all very happy. Everyone looking for a car should see Daniel! More

I had a recall on my Nissan Rogue and they said just show up and they would take care of me so I didn't need to make an appointment. The Recall Service was completed in less than 30 minutes. I also requested additional work, a minor repair and was prepared to make an appointment but they indicated they could take care of the issue while I was there, which was completed in less than 30 minutes More

I am a demanding customer with strict rules on how the car buying process will work. Benny listened. He adhered to my ground rules. He knew his product (and his competitor's) cold. He was attentive. He was accomodating. For example, for the test drive, I called in advance and Benny had the car warmed up and ready to go, saving me valuable time. Once we finalized the deal, over the period of a couple of weeks, he went all over New England to find the specific Rogue (color and trim) I wanted, keeping me informed daily on his progress. He was 100% committed to my satisfaction. I've had some good car buying experiences in the past, but this was the best...a great deal and people that were easy to do business with. More
