Very good experience! I just moved to North Andover, MA last October. I went to Commonwealth Nissan twice for 2 minor services on my Nissan Rogue. I had good experiences w I just moved to North Andover, MA last October. I went to Commonwealth Nissan twice for 2 minor services on my Nissan Rogue. I had good experiences with folks here so I decide to write up this review to let future customers aware. I used to live in Revere, MA. I had multiple Nissan dealers around me (Colonial Nissan, Kelly Nissan...etc) for my car's services, but believe it or not, I came all the way to Quirk Nissan in Quincy, MA for my car's service (minor to major work). This is simply because for any service, I want to go where I will have satisfied result. I do not care travel extra miles if I receive an above-and-beyond service. When I moved to North Andover, for same reason, I wanted to make sure I find the right Nissan dealer for all of my car's services and questions. After many researches online, and via one recommendation from a coworker, I decided to go to Commonwealth Nissan for my car's service. I was very satisfied with my first service back in October 2014. My 2nd service this morning was also no different. I had no further complaints. When I come to a dealer for my car's service, what I care most is the honest opinions/feedbacks I want to receive from the dealer. Commonwealth Nissan does a great job in gaining my trust for this category. First of all, for each of my minor services, there were a complimentary multipoint inspection. After they finished the inspection, they provided a very thorough review of the inspections along with Action plan with options what I could do. This morning in particular, Johnathan Ramos (the person who handled my paperwork) went over all details of the inspection on my car, from red (need-to-be-done items) to yellow (need-to-monitor items) to green items. He explained what these items mean, options I could do...etc. I found this type of business was very good. Once they explained all the items, what I needed to do, whether I could do it myself, I would feel more comfortable address my car's issues. When they provide inspection report, the next time you come in, they will also follow up on them as well. Not just that they would ignore these items. This is a good way to monitor issues in the car. From my first service, the report came out with a weak battery I needed to replace. I did that work myself. This morning they followed up again and knew I replaced it so they just tested again for its performance. I went to many dealers for my car's service, from Toyota to Honda and even other Nissan dealers, when they did a multipoint inspection, all they did, were a check mark on a list of action items, but they never went over more details what they meant. At Commonwealth Nissan, this is a total different experience. Not only they printed out the report, explained in details each item, but they also sent me a copy for future reference. This is very unique, extremely helpful and excellent service! The dealer's environment was very nice and clean. They provide complimentary coffee, munkins, cookies... They have a small children area in the waiting room. There were also 2 TVs in the waiting Wifi was also complimentary and fast. They also have a box for monthly raffle. I never won, but this is a cool idea. Last but not least, they also offer $5 off your total bill if you check in their dealer on facebook. This is simple and quick for $5 off. More

Nissan Altima Emergency Service This was my first service experience with Commonwealth Motors after my purchase of a 2011 Altima this summer. It was great. My car window got stuck i This was my first service experience with Commonwealth Motors after my purchase of a 2011 Altima this summer. It was great. My car window got stuck in the down position a couple of nights ago. It was freezing and I was distraught at the thought of leaving my car open all night. Nissan Service had already closed so I went to Nissan Sales with hope for assistance. Lamar McLaughlin, a Sales Manager, immediately put my fears to rest. He tested the door with another gentleman, set me up with service for the next morning, and ensured me transportation until the repair was completed. Lamar was professional, knowledgeable about my car, responsive to my questions about performance and the engine, and was kind. He assured me that he would follow-up on the service in the AM. Thanks to Kenny in Service as well. I received a call from him in the AM with details on the window and on other maintenance that I requested. All in all - a great customer service experience. Benny Brighi, the salesman in which I worked with was extremely knowledgable about all of the cars we looked at and provided a "no pressure" environment! This made the whole experience more enjoyable as I could relax and browse through their vehicle inventory without feeling any type of pressure to buy!. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality new or used vehicle, two thumbs up for sure!! More
