Victor was our sales guy and he was very personable and not at all like the stereotypical sales person. We went to another Nissan dealership before Commonwealth and the main reason we did not buy from them was the experience. Rip in leather at pickup trash I Left in vehicle....IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with manager for over a week Carlos never answered calls or emails bailed on a meeting was only told he left early after I showed up ...Receptionists had lied on the phone once I finally got in touch with the g.m. almost two weeks later said he left early as I watched him in the showroom from the parking lot. Disgusted with the service... run away from this place More
