Great experience My husband and I recently bought a new car from Commonwealth. I have to say they were the best car dealership I have ever dealt with! We were treate My husband and I recently bought a new car from Commonwealth. I have to say they were the best car dealership I have ever dealt with! We were treated fairly and with respect. I never felt bullied, as I have in the past with other dealers. We both came to an agreement right away instead to having to sit there all night arguing. Kevin Peterson was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff I came into contact with. My experience was even better when I went back with 8 and 3 years old daughters. The people at Commonwealth treated them graciously and I never felt they were a bother, as I have elsewhere. I would highly recommend going to Commonwealth. More

After my inspection, Dave was so friendly and polite and let me know the service recommendations but in no way made me feel pressured to do any work. He answered all my questions so I fully understand the work recommended and why it was recommended and he explained the options of getting further service done through Commonwealth or elsewhere. This friendly and customer service approach made me want to get the service done at Commonwealth. In addition, the clean and comfortable waiting area made my time while the inspection took place very nice. More

Extremely Rude Service Manager I had such a bad experience yesterday that I want to share with anyone who may be thinking of doing business with the Nissan service department at Com I had such a bad experience yesterday that I want to share with anyone who may be thinking of doing business with the Nissan service department at Commonwealth Motors Kia, Honda, Nissan, Chevrolet & Volkswagen. About a month ago I was struck while stopped at a light and needed to get my bumper replaced. My insurance company suggested Commonwealth Motors as they are a preferred vendor. They sent me a follow up survey and I believe I rated them fairly based on my experience and the fact that a repair I was told was done was not done. I never received a follow up call. So - yesterday I brought my car back to Commonwealth for warranty work as I thought my transmission was failing. The man at the service counter - Rick Barbosa greeted me with "I remember you" and proceeded to scold and berate me for at least 10 minutes for the review I gave them. He told me how much my rating hurt the service department and how the repair was not done because it was not covered by the insurance. I told him that I was told the repairs were done by the body shop and the cashier and no one communicated that there was any issues at all with coverage. He continued to go on and on in front of other people and was extremely rude - all this while I am trying to get out of there to start my first day at a new job. Follow up with the general manager was equally frustrating - UNTIL my husband got involved. So what does that say about the way they value female customers - you have to wonder. I will no longer do business with Commonwealth. If Rick was so concerned how come I never received a follow up to my survey response? My husband has purchased 3 cars from them, but no more. You may not value my opinion Commonwealth Motors but my husband does. If you don't want feedback - don't ask. More
