In my 39 years of buying cars, this was absolutely the best buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't rushed or pressured, in any way. The Finance Manager really knows his stuff and will be able to help guide you thru the process and tell you exactly what you can do. There is no game playing! I went in, expecting to be disappointed, and I walked out buying a brand new car that I absolutely love, with a good interest rate and the payment I wanted. This was our first experience buying a car from Commonwealth and we are glad they recently started selling Nissan's. Having had complete satisfaction previously owning a 200SX Datsun, a new 87 Nis Commonwealth and we are glad they recently started selling Nissan's. Having had complete satisfaction previously owning a 200SX Datsun, a new 87 Nissan Stanza (drove for 13 years), and a 2000 Maxima (driven for 10 years and is now being driven by our daughter), we wanted to upgrade to another Nissan for me (Diane). I am the principal driver of the car and my husband, Richard drives a pick-up truck. My husband, who is 6'5" tall, is comfortable as a passenger riding in the car or driving the Maxima, so his comfort was an important factor in our decision to purchase the Maxima as well. The assistance that we received from Frankly Veloz and the Manager, Alfredo (sorry...I don't have his card for his last name), was outstanding and we are completely happy with the car and purchase. The service we received from Karen Pelletier completing all of the paperwork to finance the purchase was outstanding as well. She was informative, helpful, knowlegeable and very pleasant do deal with and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Commonwealth. I took my Nissan Xterra in for service having never been to Commonwealth before. The service was great and they took the time to explain what I needed done and didn't try to sell me anything additional that to Commonwealth before. The waiting rooms are comfortable and clean with lots of options of where to sit depending on if you want to watch tv or use wifi. The bathrooms are extremely clean and everyone was great!
