Chantal was very responsive with respect to pricing, obtaining the exact car required and ensuring that there were no hidden fees etc. Commonweath's document fee is amongst the lowest around and I was pleased that they were able to obtain the precise vehicle in record time from another dealer. Mark Bernier (Finance Manager) was very professional and exceptionally efficient in processing all the paperwork involving the car purchase and subsequent financing. Andrew Medeiros spent well over an hour with me going through all the various options available on the Jetta prior to driving it off the lot. Could not have been more pleased with the overall buying experience. Perhaps it derives from the family ownership concept prevalent at all Commonwealth locations.
